At Third Plate, our name reflects our philosophy: the belief that every great meal is a result of the food, the service, and the atmosphere coming together in perfect harmony.
I’m Dylan Walenciak, and I’ve spent the last 10 years immersed in the food industry, navigating the high-pressure world of restaurant management and mastering the science of the perfect pizza. Through those years on the floor and in the kitchen, I developed a creative flair for the visual side of the business—photography and branding—realizing that a great concept needs to look as good as it operates.
Today, Third Plate is where those worlds meet. Whether I’m optimizing a kitchen’s workflow, capturing the perfect char on a sourdough crust through a lens, or teaching a group the art of fermentation, my goal is to share a decade of floor-tested expertise to help others master the craft of the table.
